What data we process
This policy refers to the StockRest information website and to the enquiries we receive through its contact channels. It does not describe the data processing carried out by each restaurant when using the platform.
The website does not allow you to create an account. When you send the walkthrough request form, your data is stored on the website's server and we receive an email notification with its content. You can also write directly to info@stockrest.com; in that case we receive the data you include in your message.
In addition, the hosting provider may process technical browsing data; this processing is described in the section “Technical data of your visit”.
The request may include:
- Your name and the name of the restaurant.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number and your city, if you provide them.
- The number of venues.
- Whatever you tell us about how you work.
We do not need health data or other specially protected data. Please do not include it.
What we use it for
- Replying to your request.
- Arranging the StockRest walkthrough, if you ask for one.
- Preparing and sending you a quote, if you request one.
We do not use it to send you advertising or to build profiles.
Legal basis
When you request a quote or a walkthrough with a view to entering into a contract personally, the processing needed to handle that request may be based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

How long we keep it
We keep requests with no fixed period, so that we can consult the history of contacts with each restaurant. You can ask us at any time to delete yours by writing to info@stockrest.com.
Who else may access it
The hosting and email providers process the data solely to provide their service:
- Website hosting: Clouding.io.
- Email: IONOS.
We do not disclose your data to anyone else, except where required by law.

Technical data of your visit
Like any web server, the server of this website logs technical data about each visit, such as the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser, to keep the website secure and working. These logs are kept for 14 days.
To prevent automated or mass submissions, the form asks for a verification code generated by the website itself, without external services, and the website stores the number of submissions made together with a fingerprint of your IP address calculated with a secret key. The IP address is not stored and the fingerprint is deleted within 24 hours at most.
The typefaces and images are loaded from this website, without using external font or image services. This does not exclude the technical processing required by the hosting provider. When you follow an external link, the terms and privacy policy of the destination site apply.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability where applicable under the legal conditions. If any processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before. Write to info@stockrest.com stating which right you wish to exercise. If necessary to verify your identity, we may ask you for additional information.
If you consider that the processing of your data infringes the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
Changes to this policy
If we change the way we process data, we will update this page and its update date.
